Brazil is a great place to live in retirement but it’s a long way back to the USA. Fortunately for me Expatriate Tax Returns can handle all my tax filing needs via email. Easy friendly and prompt.

WOW!! This was my first year using Expat and I was blown away by the service, speed and accuracy of my 2011 State and Federal returns. I submitted my W2 and 1099s and everything else to Diane on Saturday and by Monday I had my returns along with detailed instructions for submitting them.

Lauren Wolken prepared my returns and she did a great job. I especially liked the ability to handle everything electronically. I traded emails with Lauren a few times to fill in some details and each time everything was handled securely and professionally. It was easy as pie. I am truly amazed at the service.

Last year I used a different, nationally known, firm and it was a nightmare. This year I used Expat and it was a dream! I am looking forward to receiving my refunds. Payment for their service was easy too using my credit card on their website. I felt their prices for preparation were very fair.

Hi, I called today to inquire about support for filing my taxes which are a bit complicated as I live overseas in Belgium. I was SO impressed by the extremely helpful assistance and warmth of the people I spoke with that I wanted to write in about it. The first person was a lady who answered the phone and took down my name and what kind of support I wanted. She was so friendly and helpful, even when I answered one of her questions wrong (I hadn’t heard it very well due to some noise on my side), she was still very gracious. Then I spoke with Diane from the expat tax area and she was really helpful, knowledgeable, kind and got started right away in assisting me! I am SO relieved! On top of that, it was one of the most enjoyable customer experiences I’ve had in a long while and I feel like a very valued customer of your company – even though we just met!
