Refund Policy
Expatriatetaxreturns.com does not refund fees once a tax return is e-filed and accepted by the governing agency. If a tax return is prepared by our service center and is corrected due to a preparer error, Expatriatetaxreturns.com will pay all assessed penalty charges.
Cancellation Policy
Services may be canceled any time before the tax return preparation has been started. All retainers are non-refundable.
